Designed to minimize the waste from the packaging of the shoes, this box will only be used to package the Limited Edition Converse All-Star shoes. While it is a bit more expensive to produce than traditional cardboard boxes, it saves in the long run because it is so environmentally friendly, helping customers to feel good about their purchase and ultimately adding something positive to the Converse brand.
"PPA Competition - Economic Stability Package"
This project was designed to be entered in 2009 Paperboard Packaging Association competition. The goal was to design a financial package consisting of three CD’s with financial advice and software to guide a selected target market in financial planning during current harsh economic times. The target audience chosen was recent college graduates. The premise of the package was taking a test of true life in financial future, but because this wasn’t taught at school, we have prepared a couple of cheat sheets.
"Children’s Rights Awareness Package"
In order to reach as many people as possible and leverage the power of guerilla marketing, this campaign is designed to move from recipient to recipient. Participants sign up to participate on the UNICEF web site. After the package is delivered to the first participant, they color in “self portraits” of themselves and place pictures of their happiest moments inside, along with one of their favorite toys. They then seal the package back up and ship it off to the next participant. The cycle continues until the last participant for that particular package mails it back to UNICEF.
"KOLSKIN Bottle Cooler (Concept)"
KOLSKIN is a concept for an adjustable bottle sleeve that will keep the contents of your bottle cool, and even cooler where it is needed most. The band around the bottle will be made out of flexible durable plastic, that will contain Gel-Ice. After the bottle is refrigerated with the KOLSKIN, the Gel-Ice will keep the cold for a longer time that just the drinking liquid itself. As the liquid is drunk, and the amount of it decreases in the bottle, the sleeve can be compressed together, to specifically cool just the remaining content. The KOLSKIN is 100% reusable.
